Analyze On The Optimization Of Tianjin Tobacco Company Distribution System

Tianjin Tobacco Company the First Branch, which directly subordinate to Tianjin Tobacco Company, being charged of the cigarettes sells business of He Ping and He Xi districts. Some unscientific and unreasonable phenomena appear in the current cigarettes distribution system that makes this company's cigarette distribution cost higher and the efficacy lower.This article analyzed the current distribution system of this company by making use of the modern distribution management theory. It resolved a part of the unreasonable distribution and distribution way choice in the distribution center of the company. The article also analyzed many actual problems, such as, how the sale model worked in the distribution system, distribution system's low efficiency and the high cost. The significance lies in strengthened the competition ability of the enterprise which is being studied, improved the distribution logistics realizes, and laid down basis for the next step of distribution system's business technological process rebuilding.The conclusion of this article is this company could efficiently low down the cost of cigarette distribution and improve the standard of customer service.
