A Study On Co-distribution Based On Property Circulation Of Chain Business

Chain operation is a process in which currency, merchandise, property and information are involved and performed in harmony. Nowadays , the chain business in our country are under huge competitive pressure, and how to take efficient measures to achieve successes and how to make greater interests in the narrow space became urgent. Releasing from the restriction of lagging from the slow development of property circulation to the chain performance and setting up a high efficient property circulation distribution center is an efficient way to sole the problem.This thesis used property circulation system designing as its masterstroke, and systematically studied the key skills of property circulation system in chain business based on the current situation of the chain business.First, the characteristics, current situation and the requirements of the property circulation in chain business are studied. Then, analyzes and concludes the key skill of the property circulation through the concept of property circulation. And based on this, the emphases is put on the characteristics of current property circulation, thus offers a new idea of co-distribution for chain business. This thesis also studies how to realize co-distribution and the mode for it, the factors that restrict the development of co-distribution in chain business, and the points that should be paid attention to in the process of performing co-distribution in chain business.This thesis put forth the ways of property circulation by self-built distribution center, socialized distribution, comprehensive distribution and co-distribution through analyzing the current situation of the property distribution system and concluding the key skills of property circulation in chain business, and put more efforts on the study of co-distribution based on chain business distribution.The author aims at offering decision-making gist for chain business when setting up property circulation system through the studying of co-distribution, its characteristics and the key skills that exist in co-distribution in chain business so as to make the thesis have operation significance.
