With the continuing fast development of computer and information technology, enterprises have entered a web economic era characterized by globalization competition. As a developing platform for future competition, electronic business gradually becomes one of the surviving ways adopted by enterprises under the fierce environment. It is important for enterprises to take into consideration how to fully utilize Internet to carry out electronic business activities appropriately. Thus it becomes a key problem for the enterprises to choose a suitable electronic business pattern to gain sustainable competitive edge.Through the research on the enterprise strategy and Porter competition theory combined with the analysis of matter-analysis, relation function and relation degree, this paper builds a choice pattern of enterprise electronic business.The paper firstly defines the electronic business and electronic business pattern which serve as the foundation of the types and choice factors of electronic business pattern. Based on the difference of the enterprise's scale and marketing orientation, it classifies the enterprise business pattern into eight sorts: the one to propagate enterprise information with Internet, to build a internal information net, to create a business to consumer transaction, to manage client relationship, to share enterprises'resources, to carry out supply chain management, to establish virtual communities and develop electronic business activities comprehensively. Then it divides the influence factors deciding type choice of electronic business pattern into demand factor, support factor and competition factor from the electronic business administrative levels, and builds a characteristic model about the influence factors of enterprise electronic business pattern according to the competency model theory. Finally, using the matter-analysis, the paper builds an enterprise electronic business pattern choice model and verifies its feasibility. |
