Study On Development Strategy Of Lanlian Sanye Company

Lanlian Sanye Company is a diversified economy enterprise that be subordinate to Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. It is compose of many subsidiary factories of Lanlian. In recent ten years, it has contribute to promote economic prosperity and maintain stability circumstances in Lanzhou Petrochemical. But at the same time, a serials problems arose. The main problems include the system of organization is backward; the mechanism isn't flexible; the industrial structure and personnel structure isn't reasonable; be given priority to internal market; be short of qualified technicians; many talent persons left their post because of inefficient stimulation; management can't fit the development of modern enterprise. The development is restrict by such conditions.In this thesis , the measures and methods of strategy management analysis was used, internal and external environment was thoroughly analyzed, key factors was chosen to establish EFE and IFE matrixes, quantitative evaluation was given. Abide with the situation and assignment of Sanye Company, SWOT matrix was established to analyze the necessity of strategy readjusting of Sanye Company and choose the Strategy of Sanye Company, sustainable development strategy was determined. The strategy include industrial adjustment strategy, talent strengthening the enterprise strategy, management improving strategy and cooperative developing strategy. Executive methods and insurance measures were given.
