Customer Relationship Management has obtained widespread attention and application in the theories and the practical world, but there are not to see more works, which are especially to illustrate how to implement Customer Relationship Management explicitly in supply power enterprises. Taking GZY Supply Power Company for example, the author has given more comprehensive introduction on the application of Electric Customer Relationship Management in Supply Power Company, and hopes it can help the related supply power enterprises implement Customer Relationship Management.Firstly, the correlation theories on Customer Relationship Management has been made a brief presentation; Based on the industrial policy of electric power industry, the policy of energy conservation and environmental protection and so on , the author has carried on the analysis to Electric Power Company's condition of business for the purpose of explaining the state of operation uncertainty in the future as well as the necessity of implementing Customer Relationship Management in Supply Power Company. Secondly, through carrying on the analysis of Customer Relationship Management existence problems in GZY Supply Power Company, the paper has detailed introduced the model, the method and the step of implementing the Customer Relationship Management in GZY Supply Power Company. Finally performance evaluation methods of Customer Relationship Management have been introduced briefly.Adopting the theories and methods of Customer Relationship Management, design a more perfect Customer Relationship Management strategy, which be able to guard against the risk efficiently and to obtain the long-term stability profit for GZY Supply Power Company, is the main purpose of the present paper. At the same time, the author also hopes that the findings of the paper can have certain extend guiding senses for other Supply Power Companies which will be implement Customer Relationship Management.
