The Research Of Manufaturing Upgrade Of Zhejiang Based On The Transformation Of Economic Growth Pattern

Manufacturing is one of the leading industries in China as well as a core department which does active structure adjustment and upgrade to keep up with the trend of the transformation of economic growth pattern in China. Manufacturing is also a leading power of economic growth in Zhejiang. This article takes the transformation of economic growth pattern as the precondition, using the most active branch of Modern Economics—Industrial Economics to study the manufacturing in Zhejiang, in hope of getting beneficial results to provide theoretical proof and policy suggestions for manufacturing upgrade.The development of manufacturing in Zhejiang these years indicates it hasn't been away from the pattern of expanding based on the quantity, as well as the disadvantages of depending too much on the labor intensive industry and the shortage of the ability of the science and technology innovation. Therefore, it is a problem must be concerned for the development of Zhejiang economy that how to seize the trend of industrial structure evolution to promote actively the manufacturing upgrade.This article does transverse and lengthways comparative research via the developed manufacturing provinces and cities and the history development situation of Zhejiang, making analysis on advantages and disadvantages for the manufacturing structure upgrade of Zhejiang. It points out the advantage mainly concentrates on the general level of economic development, and the disadvantages are mainly the aspects of resources environment and the science technology level, the core is the lack of the ability of science technology innovation.Based on the above analysis, to put forward the idea that Zhejiang should seize firmly the approach of independent innovation, taking the corporation as the core, trying to create the conditions for the upgrade of the ability of independent innovation from the government and corporation two parts, finally to get rid of the disadvantages existing in the upgrade of Zhejiang manufacturing industry, to promote the high level process of manufacturing structure.
