| Based on reviewing the theory of salary management, this paper mainly focuses on weight of methods--DELPHI (expert assessment) forecast steps and makes the summary of the development of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the method of determine the weight. This paper takes Da Lian Petrochemical Company as example, discussing the design of salary management pattern. The research is mainly in the following aspects :Firstly, the paper analyzes the situation of Dalian Petrochemical Company by using the theory of salary management through deeply study basing on the academic and practical study.Considering the features of petrochemical industry, the paper establishes the salary management index system of the company. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the salary management of Dalian Petrochemical company by AHP model. Then after deeply study of the company's actual situation, the paper comes some suggestions which are helpful to keep advanced situation. |
