Salespersons realize directly the value of products on the market and control the economic blood of a company. How to implement appropriate incentive instrumentality to translate the enthusiasm of Salespersons furthest, and it is the key issues of the making use of human resources effectively in the presence of a large number of enterprises.This thesis begins with the practical work of compensation management.
