In model society where circulation of information and goods is in high speed, what is the real lack in the management process for the enterprise is not the resource but the strategies for integrated utilization of the resources with high-efficiency. The essence for the competition between the enterprises is how to achieve the integrated utilization of the resources to the most extent. As the main body for the integrated utilization of the resources assignment, human beings whose conduct will be limit to the culture and value orientation he received. Enterprise operators are award of the impact of culture gradually, and transferring their management focuses from hard to soft section and also strengthening the role of human. Therefore, the competition between enterprises is stepping into the times of win-by-culture.At present, we are in the critical period when our market economy system is gradually improving with social economy structure adjustment and economy globalization background. It becomes a significant theme to integrate overseas advanced management concept into our enterprises' practice; to deeply recognize the content of corporate culture and construct the corporate culture that fits to the coporate's development.In this article, the enterprise culture construction, research background and present situation are studied. Moreover, the real experiences for enterprises corporate construction are described and the weakness and strength of the enterprises are analyzed. Also the relevant suggestion about how to optimize the corporate culture for D enterprise is put up.From the process of D corporate culture construction, we realized that corporate culture is essential for the enterprise's development and also is critical for enterprises' prosper. It not only inspires people to engage creatively in operating business, enriches enterprises' assess, but also excellent culture can be as a significant role for enterprise operation as a stable structure for a building.In the process of corporate culture construction, we should emphasis the all-round, coordinated and sustainable development; besides, we should impenetrate the concept of harmony into corporate culture form & culture phenomena and take harmony as the basic value orientation of the corporate culture;Based on adopting model management concept, we should combine the creation with hand-on practice; make the concept of putting people first as the core for corporate culture construction; make good combination of corporate culture construction and politics and mentality construction of the parties; form common value view for enterprises to affect cultures in other forms; and provide powerful spiritual support and motivation for prompting sustainable, effective, prompt and coordinated development of the enterprises.The sustainable and lasting development of the enterprise depends on if the advanced corporate culture is formed. Due to its creating management, D company achieved its own specialty system of creation in terms of science research & technology. Regarding the talent management, it sticks to the strategical view of putting people first and integrated taping talents; implements inspiring policies for outstanding talents in major positions.
