With the development of society, especially in the economic globalization process of development ,our enterprises will face greater access in the international market, more intense competition , enterprises, especially IT industry, now have to face not only many domestic competitors but International pressure from multinational corporations in the development of the IT industry.Contrast to world famous transnational corporation, the development of China IT enterprises often short history of capital is not enough, and relatively backward management and products is not advanced, competitive strength also is inferior. In addition, the market economy in our country is not still ripe, for the market program has not yet completed and the market credit system has not yet improved. Market planning has not yet been completed. The market credit system is not perfect and the credit level of arrears phenomenon is lower ,the phenomenon are still widespread non-compliance, these unhealthy phenomenon has greatly restricted the development of IT companies, IT companies face more uncertainty which makes the research of risk management technology of China enterprises, especially the IT enterprises of China is urgently.This paper is mainly for risk management in marketing the several major issues and the main aspects of research.The main content:1. This paper predecessors in the marketing risk on the basis of the results in, gives a better View Enterprise Marketing risk the theoretical framework. The enterprise can use the theoretical framework to avoid the risk. 2. This paper attempts to build a more perfect marketing risk management system, and in its own study of enterprise marketing risk on the basis of the establishment of a more reasonable marketing risk management mechanism. The system has to construct with the actual of every enterprise, and prevent the risk in the different aspect.3. In this paper the characteristics of China's IT industry, the risk of identification and marketing judge mechanism, in addition to the IT industry.Because of the current corporate marketing risk Countermeasures research also relatively small, the paper concluded and the results of previous studies on domestic typical enterprise marketing risk in the case on the basis of in-depth research, a number of domestic enterprises marketing risk prevention strategy for enterprise reference. In the specific environment of China, the enterprise should improve the financial management, construct the organization of risk management, and the risk could be kept down.
