| As the quick development of IT industry in the period of knowledge economy, the problems which revealed in IT projects are getting more and more obvious, which is difficult to manage and solve with some general methods. Bringing the development characteristics of IT industry and project management together in order to increase the success rate of project management, is also an important task for the project management in IT industry.This paper first studies the current problems met in the project management of IT industry of our country, then deeply analyses the characters, the main process and the main objectives of the IT project risk management, using the method of IDEFO and five-step analyze method for the process of IT project risk management. At last, the paper generates the main problems in the aspects of human resources, communication and management support, and proposes the system for project management in IT industry which places the risk management as core part and using the risk information as the base for decision making.The main content of studying in this thesis includes: The beginning, the theory base, and the Current situation of IT project risk management. Then Risk management is divided into five parts: risk management, risk identification, risk estimation, risk planning, monitoring, risk controlling practice; Some current problems are summarized after the analyses and solving methods are concluded at the end of the article.This thesis hopes to make the new one and have benefit tries and explore with the actual conditions of combining the domestic IT project and developing on the basis of existing IT project risk management theory, so that more effective risk management to present software project implementation. Thus it can lighten the consequence produced of risk of the software and increase the chance that the IT project succeeds. |
