Research Of Risk Management Over Video Supervision Project

The social security supervision management is not only the performance of the city's modernization management, but also an important function of maintaining the city's safety and steady. So far the Chinese economy is much stronger than ever, the floating population is increasing as well. Meanwhile, the public order condition becomes more and more complicated, and the public's safety problem continuously highlighting. Besides, in order to make rapid reply to the abrupt events such as natural disaster, fire, and traffic accident, and immediately cooperating with different government's agents, it is necessary to rapidly develop the video supervision system for the active prophylaxis.Because of the particularity of the video supervision system, it would be the complicated way to go further. Therefore, the risk management is the assurance of its achievement. Besides, the risk management is very helpful and meaning in assuring the project's success, lowering the cost of maintenance, and increasing the profit.This paper describes and explores deeply in the risk management over social security video supervision project. Through the analysis of risk management, it introduces the solution and suggestion for the risk characters, the risk identity, and the risk evaluation. According to the developing process and detail practice of the project, it focuses on analyzing both the possible and mutual risk characters, making conclusions and then providing risk avoiding functions. The paper also emphasizes on analyzing the risk characters of negotiation and signature for video supervision project, meanwhile providing the idea and method of risk avoidance for the managers. After all, the author efficiently analyzes the risk management of the video supervision project in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou to show the reference of the risk management for the managers of the video supervision project construction in theory and way.
