Because of the openness and virtualization of the Internet, the credit problem is considered as an important factor that hinders the E-commerce development. Due to China's relatively backward credit system, deep research has not been carried out to solve the problem of how to set up the C2C E-commerce credit system and its relevant theories.The research of the credit evaluation problem is very meaningful for the theory research and application of the C2C E-commerce.In this paper ,we research the credit risks in the general C2C E-commerce model by analyzing the credit problems in the C2C E-commerce,and points out the main problem and shortcomings in the existing system of credit risk evaluation.After that, the concepts of establishing a unified credit evaluation system and excellent credit evaluation model are introduced into the improved credit evaluation system of C2C E-commerce, a unified C2C e-commerce credit evaluation system that includes credit assessment and credit management is established, and then the operation processes of the system is given.The focus of this paper is the research of the credit evaluation model in C2C e-commerce systems. The two-stage credit evaluation model is set up based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and the evaluation process is discussed in detail.Considering with the principle that the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis must be included, and the main characteristics of C2C E-commerce, firstly, the C2C E-commerce credit evaluation Indicators system is constructed that based on two aspects of factors,one aspect is the personal credit evaluation factors of the commercial banks ,the other aspect is the most concerned factors in online transactions,then every indicator's credit score is calculated by using fuzzy membership function,and the indicator's credit weight is distributed by using experts method.finally,using fuzzy evaluation matrix , the customer's initial credit score ,the recent credit score and the history credit score are calculated.Three credit score indicators provide a more reliable basis for the user's trading decisions,and reduces the credit risk in the transaction.
