Research on theory and model of the e-commerce participator credit risk evaluation is the topic of this paper, which has analyzed and summarized a large number of domestic and international e-commerce credit related literature, combined with the practical needs of the practice and repeatedly determined after the topic of discussions. The main leitmotiv of this paper is to build a complete research system for e-commerce credit risk management through the theory of information economics, game theory, credit risk management, sociology, systems engineering and business management. From this innovative theme, we will summarize the basic theory of the scope of credit risk, risk evaluation theories, models of credit risk information services and e-commerce credit system design.Many researchers have already commenced discussion with the issue of the e-commerce credit and have gotten some achievements from the different perspectives. They paid attentions to the trust factors, measures of e-commerce credit, and the transaction-based chain of trust mechanism for online consumer studies and so on. From these studies, we know that these achievements play an effective role in solution the problems of e-commerce. However, in my opinion, there are many other things which we must do to get the comprehensive and systematic understanding. We have found that with the rapid development of e-commerce the innovations of technology tools and business models are inseparable from the investigation of the basis of these key areas.The main contents of this study and research conclusions are embodied in the following aspects:First, through a comprehensive and systematic comparative analysis of theoretical literature, combined with the actual situation of e-commerce development, we have an extensive in-depth study of e-commerce credit risk management in basic theoretical category. According to the constant evolution of e-commerce, we propose the framework of e-commerce including mobile e-commerce and ubiquitous e-commerce. From the conception of credit, trust, honesties and reputations, we built a model of the relationship for the four conceptions. From a comprehensive analysis of credit risk management on e-commerce, we put forward for e-commerce credit risk management methods and implementation, to explore the management model innovation.Second, through the credit risk assessment of e-commerce and e-commerce credit risk management structure, an overview of e-commerce based on information asymmetric evolution of the structure of credit risk management, and e-commerce credit risk assessment of the general process on e-commerce, we get a comparative study conclusion with the model. From the comprehensive comparison on the traditional credit risk assessment of the expert method, rating method, a comprehensive evaluation method to the Z score model, ZETA score model, KMV model, Credit Metrics model and the Credit Risk+ model, comparative analysis of various assessment methods and models, we conclude on the model of credit risk evaluation system on e-commerce based on trust.Third, through the analysis of e-commerce credit risk assessment principles and standards, combined with trust-based transactions models on e-commerce credit risk management, credit risk evaluation system for e-commerce transactions based on the characteristics of the risk of online trust, the net risks and the development of the trust under the conditions in a comprehensive and integrated analysis of the current factors, enterprise credit risk evaluation index system, the relevant e-commerce transactions of the main credit rating index and grade, e-commerce services on the basis of evaluation index, we put forward the development of e-commerce credit index, credit risk evaluation index system of e-commerce and e-commerce top ten indexes of credit risk assessment. From the combination of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, we propose the comprehensive AHP-fuzzy model for e-commerce credit risk evaluation method and implementation. Fourth, through using the game theory to analysis credit risk management mechanism and explore the main body of the e-commerce transactions, analyzing e-commerce credit risk with third-party credit mechanism, we conclude that it is important and necessary to design the model of third-party credit mechanism and third-party credit service organizations in e-commerce credit risk management. From analyzing credit risk management mechanism all of the world and studying on the model of e-commerce credit risk management system, we obtain the model of the information service platform which based on credit risk management framework on e-commerce. We can find that, from the current e-commerce system, credit risk management mechanism of the overall objective analysis, and framework system services model of product structure, the model is comprehensive on the third-party information services.Fifth, through the summary and analysis, we process some relevant contents and conclusions to study on experimental and practical way. Using of experimental economics approach, combining with the current work on the e-commerce credit service platform in practice, we come to conclusion of this study and make strategic recommendations eventually.First, from analyzing a large number of literatures, we put forward the theory of e-commerce credit risk management clearly, and propose the model of e-commerce credit risk management based on trust and other related theoretical models.Second, through the comparative study of the relevant models and methods, we devise the innovational model of trust-based credit risk evaluation system, which come into being the credit risk management evaluation system in this paper.Third, from combining systems engineering theory, integration of e-commerce credit risk management models based on trust, trust-based credit risk evaluation system for e-commerce model, and characteristics of the contents of e-commerce transactions, we propose the innovative indexs of e-commerce credit development (ECCDI). From the indexs of e-commerce credit development (ECCDI), we abstract the e-commerce top ten indicators of credit risk assessment. From the basis of the ten indicators, this study explains the comprehensive AHP-fuzzy e-commerce model for credit risk evaluation method and implementation.Fourth, through using of sociology theory, we put forward series of innovative models of credit service framework for e-commerce which based on third-party. This series of innovative models, which including the overall objective of the framework models, services, framework model, the product structure models and system framework of the models, are achieved a innovation for credit mechanism.We believe that, after serious and pragmatic study, this paper has gotten a certain theoretical level. This paper can play an active role in promoting the research and practices on e-commerce credit risk management theory, and make great contributions for our e-commerce development and the construction of social credit system.
