With the rapid development of globale economy today, the product and service supplied by different corporations become more and more similar. When the customer buys such product and service, it is not different for them to choose any one of product and service. As one result, the marketing competition is more hot than before and the time of lower profit is coming. Today, if one corporation wants to win the competition, it must own some core ability. The excellent corporate culture is one of core ability. It is accepted by people at present. In order to win the competition and realize the continual development, it is the necessary choice to found the core ability via the corporation innovates the culture and builds the excellent and inimitable culture.The thesis takes the H Company as the research example. It introduces the author utilized the basic theory of culture innovation to analyze the need, the feasibility and the ways of culture innovation at first. Then the author analyzed the environment and conditions of H Company and the development of it's culture. According to this company's strategy, the author issued one innovation mode of corporate culture for this company, that is to build the inimitable corporate culture based the core ability. Finally, after analyzed the effects and revelations of culture innovation, the author drew the conclusion: the corporate culture innovation based the core ability can promote the corporate development, make the inimitable culture become the core ability, and realize the continual competitive advantage for the corporation.
