The Study On Influencing Factors Of Economic Hotels Customers' Accommodation In Second-tier Cities

In recent years, all parts of the country set off the economic hotels investment boom. At the same time, the domestic and foreign big economic chain-like hotels are layouting in our second-tier cities. But with the focus on the present situation analysis, countermeasure study, business model, brand construction, cost control and developmental strategy and so on, the former scholarly study about the influencing factors of economic hotels customers' accommodation almost have no, particularly aims at the specific region. This paper focuses on influencing factors of economic hotels customers' accommodation and provides certain reference about management and investment localization for the economic hotels in second-tier cities.First of all, based on comprehensive review of the current literature the paper puts forward hypothesis and reasonable questionnaire, and then based on date from the questionnaire survey in the economic hotels in Changsha the paper discusses the primary factors which influence economic hotels customers' accommodation in second-tier cities and judges the ranks of importance of these factors with the methods of qualitative and the quantitative analysis and SPSS. At last, the author obtained seven primary factors. They are the comfortable level of the guest room, the brand, the geographical position, the necessary service, the hotel design, the matching facilities and the price. And the comfortable level of the guest room, the brand and the geographical position are the most important influencing factors, but the matching facilities and the price are the low attention factors relatively.Finally, on base of study conclusion, the corresponding suggestions were put forward for the economic hotels in second-tier cities about the management and investment localization. Also, this article pointed out the limitation and the study directions in future.
