Research On Urban-rural Benign Interaction Development In Chang-Zhu-Tan Region

It has become a vital and arduous duty to speed up the rural economy development and reduce the urban -rural disparity which expands day by day, and the duty must be faced when we promote the further development of Chinese economy and make the comprehensive construction of well-off society. Under the background of the urban - rural development, the new rural construction , the middle region' s rise and "two societies" construction, in order to strengthen Chang-Zhu-Tan region' s radiation function, lead the peripheral locality development and realize Hunan province' s rise, the key of Chang-Zhu-Tan region' s urban - rural economic and social development lies in implementing benign interaction of the urban - rural development, the urban cluster development and the rural development, which will lead the urban and rural development to the modernization together in the interactive development.On the foundation of the predecessor' s research, this paper launches the preliminary discussion about the questions of Chang-Zhu-Tan region' s urban - rural benignity interaction development. The paper mainly contains five parts: in the first chapter, it introduces the background and the significance of the research , summarizes the domestic and foreign research fruits about urban - rural interaction development, finally it summarizes the paper' s research frame , then defines the regional range of the Chang-Zhu-Tan region; In chapter2, it explains the urban - rural benignity interaction development connotation and the related concepts, and it also summarizes the basic theory of urban - rural relations; In chapter3, based on the existing research achievements, it establishes the urban- rural interaction development appraisal index system. Through such system, it analyzes Chang-Zhu-Tan region' s urban- rural interaction level since 1996 and the factors of its urban - rural interaction development, then it summarizes some existing problems in Chang-Zhu-Tan region' s urban - rural interaction development; In chapter 4, drawing lessons from several major urban-rural development pattern models, it suggests the model of Chang-Zhu-Tan region' s urban -rural benign interaction development. In such a model: it mainly adopts the network of urban and rural development, relying on the central city' s gathering and radioactive effects and depending on the industrialization of agriculture, industrialization and urbanization in rural areas. All these aspects go hand in hand, the benign interaction between the development of urban and rural regions will be realized progressively. At the end of this paper, several safeguard measures are represented.The research of this paper has the vital practical significance to promote Chang-Zhu-Tan region' s urban -rural development and the regional coordination of economic and social development. And it will also have some reference value for other city groups in central and western China to formulate their own strategies of urban and rural coordinated development.
