In order to carry out the instructions put forward by the central government, that is, implementing the scientific outlook and constructing the harmonious socialism society, it is the obligation for a state-owned company to construct harmonious company on the basis of the current reality and situation of the company. Marketing, as an important part in electrical power company, should therefore play an important role in constructing a harmonious electrical power company.This paper puts forward the idea that an electrical power company should base on the coming reform of the electrical power system as well as the further development of the market and put harmonious marketing into practice. Focusing on the current demand of the harmonious development, reform of the electrical power system and market economy, this paper elaborates on the harmonious marketing and its marketing strategy by using the contemporary marketing management theory as well as other relevant company management theory. Using Wujiang electrical power company as its research object, this paper analyzes the problems in its marketing and puts forward three key strategies to meet the demand of harmonious marketing, they are, strategy for advancing product supply ability and quality, expansionary policy for green energy in the end consuming market and strategy for improving service quality. The notion of the three strategies, the specific ways of implement and primary effect comment are also discussed in detail in this paper.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to take advantage of the contemporary marketing theory and the marketing trend from the viewpoint of a electrical power company on the basic level so as to carry out the policy of constructing a harmonious society and a harmonious company, meet the demand of the current need and situation, promote the expansionary policy in expanding market, create the brand for the company and realize the win-win cooperation and strategic goal of the electrical power company under the circumstance of the market economy.Generally speaking, this paper adopts the way of analysis based on empirical research, general study combined with case study and qualitative analysis combined with quantitive analysis. By knowing the definition of marketing, service and harmonious marketing, this paper puts forward a series of harmonious marketing strategy based on the empirical research. On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of marketing service in Wujiang electrical power company where I am working, this paper mainly discusses the strategy-making of the harmonious marketing, the implement and the comment of the primary effect.
