In this paper, the core point is how to design the performance Management system for EMS enterprises.Severe competition in current China Market causes modern enterprises paying more and more attention to Performance Appraisal and Performance Management which now becomes the center core of Human Resource Management, especially Most of the EMS enterprises.The paper studied the Performance Appraisal and the skills of it. And want to find a correct way for the EMS enterprises.This paper made a brief introduction of the position and importance of performance appraisal theory and practice both in domestic and abroad. analyzing present conditions and existing problems on performance appraisal system via a case. And introduced how to design a set of practicable performance appraisal system according to current situation of EMS enterprises.The paper explores how to solve out the existing problems based on the case of EMS enterprise. It includes how to design an effective and operational performance appraisal system, performance appraisal index and weight index, safeguards system and so on.
