And introduced how to design a set of practicable performance appraisal system according to current situation of EMS enterprises.The paper explores how to solve out the existing problems based on the case of EMS enterprise. It includes how to design an effective and operational performance appraisal system, performance appraisal index and weight index, safeguards system and so on.
