With the wide application of big data,cloud computing and other technologies,the development of electronic information industry has entered a stage of intelligent and network-based service transformation.Electronic information industry is the basic industry of the national intelligent manufacturing development strategy,and its source power comes from the maturity and efficiency of the technology innovation network in the industry.This thesis analyzes the evolution mechanism of industrial regional technological innovation network from the spatial level of industrial transfer and time level of industrial life cycle,and to China's electronic information industry as an example has analyzed the characteristics of technology innovation network evolution,and verifying its maturity.In the evolution of part,based on the related literature,this thesis summed up the plate of spatial distribution of China's electronic information industry along Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta,Chengdu Chongqing region.And according to the formation mechanism and growth characteristics of the every region,it was corresponded to mature period,quasi-mature period,growth period and entered period of industrial life cycle theory.Then,with combination patent application data,this thesis maps the evolution of the technological innovation network in the 5 stages of 2001-2003,2004-2006,2007-2009,2010-2012,2013-2015 by using social network analysis method.The results show that: Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,in the mature period,is the center of universities and scientific research institutes,and a large number of high-tech enterprises have been deriving from it;Pearl River Delta,in the quasi-mature period,makes efficient use trans-regional resources to promote the local enterprise innovation vitality;Yangtze River Delta,in the growth period,is rich in scientific research and innovation resources,and its technological innovation network has strong potential growth;Chengdu-Chongqing region,in the entered period,is lack of local research resources,and relies on technology input from external innovative enterprises.In the verification part,industrial technology innovation network is an important factor of innovation maturity.In this thesis,technology innovation network has been building using the combination patent application data of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,the Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and Chengdu Chongqing region in four typical regions of electronic information industry,and analysis of the technology innovation network degree centrality,betweenness centrality and structural hole constraint and reachability on innovation maturity.Draw three conclusions: first,the degree centrality and betweenness centrality are positive,that technological innovation network centrality has positive influence on innovation maturity;second,structural holes constraint is negative and high,show that not only the need to strengthen exchange of the core enterprise or the famous research institutes,but also the need to strengthen technical exchanges between enterprises of the edge;third,reachability is positive but low,that can enhance innovation maturity by expanding the range of extension of technology innovation network.Finally,on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical test,this thesis puts forward some policy suggestions.
