The Study On The Development Strategy Of The Animal Husbandry In Hulin City

This article systematically and thoroughly studied the problems of the Animal Husbandry development in Hulin city from five aspects. First, the author analyzed the economic development of Hulin city and analyzed the relations between every economic output value and the total economic output value by using the method of the Grey Theory . Through the Grey Related Analysis . we can see that in the economic component in Hulin city, the agryculture is the most important . And it provent good condtion and economic basis for the Animal Husbandry development in Hulin city .So it is very important to realize that Hulin city needs a substitute development of Animal Husbandry for its economical sustainable development in future. Then , the author analyzed the opportunity and the challenge which the Animal Husbandry faced and drawing the conclusion . The result indicates that Hulin city possesses the good condions and the opportunities to develop the Animal Husbandry . And then ,the author defined the 25 main factors that recently affected the Animal Husbandry development of Hulin city through the thorough survey ,scientific study and detailed probing with interrelated managing and technological personnel and also went on the qualitative and quantitative analysis by using the method of Interpretive Structural Modeling and Analytic Hierachy Process and thereby obtained the primary and secondary sequence of the 25 main factors which was needed to be especially solved .And on the basis of it ,the author advanced some solving schemes and interrelated precautions . And then ,the author went on division analysis to the 8 main areas in Hulin city by applying the method of the Grey Clustering Analysis ,and went on divisions to the Animal Husbandry development of every area according to a certain criterion .The author classified the 8 areas as three types ,and provided some advice for the future development of these areas according to the development condition of the Animal Husbandry of different types .Finally ,the author put forward the development direction of the Animal Husbandry in Hulin city in future by using the method of Fuzzy Strategic Decision according to the development tendency of the Animal Husbandry intrinsic and external and the practical condition of Hulin city . The direction is that Hulin should be guided by market, energetically develop the beef cattle feeding industry, actively develop the cow industry , quickenly develop goose industry , and develop all kinds of special economic animals at the same time. This article drew a rather thorough and systematic analysis conclusion through the study and analysis of the five aspects of the Animal Husbandry in Hulin city. And the author hopes that it can provide some beneficial references for the scientific development of the Animal Husbandry in Hulin city and the scientific decision of interrelated departments responsible for the work .
