The Research On Mechanism Of Enterprise Vulnerability

As a part of our society,the enterprise plays a very important role.Every company's vicissitude is related to the stabilization and development of the economy. The company is always faced with the risks and the crisis due to the stiff competition in global economy integration and the various demand of the consumer.According to these,the manager should consider finding out the defects and the way to deal with the risks and crisis which is always there.The Corporate Risk Management and the Crisis Management are both the study on this aspect.But unfortunately,these theories are based on the generalization of every time the company runs wrong.Obviously,this didn't relate to the inside defects which can lead to the risks and the crisis.The purpose of this thesis is exploring the rule of vulnerability in corporation operating based on the analyses of the inside and outside environment.And the company can deal with the inside defects in time.In this thesis,the study is based on the status which the corporation runs regularly.And we researched on the factors of the enterprise vulnerability and the mechanism of its diffuse.Through this,we can keep watch with the enterprise vulnerability and modify them in time.And we can keep the corporation away from the crisis and make it running healthy and sustainable.In this thesis,the author studied the mechanism based on the survey of demonstration,the management theory and other relative theories.The thesis totally contains six parts.Firstly,gave out the achievement and estimation of the vulnerability study.Secondly,defined the enterprise vulnerability based on the survey of demonstration.Thirdly,study on the mechanism of enterprise vulnerability and how to turn to the crisis.Lastly,give out the early-warning frame.The main conclusions are as follow:(1)Defined the enterprise vulnerability.The enterprise vulnerability is the inside structured defects which can influence on the development of the company.It contains the regularly operation abilities defects and the defects of monitored, valuated,interfered and recovered abilities.(2)The enterprise vulnerability contains the congenital vulnerability and the vulnerability which formed in its development process.Both of them contain the corporation frame vulnerability and the management vulnerability.(3)The diffused mechanism of enterprise vulnerability contains both inside and outside environment and their interaction.(4)The thesis gives out the early-warning frame.It contains the monitored, valuated,interfered,charged in advanced and emergency management functions. And build the early-warning index system which based on the corporation frame and the management.
