The Development Of Proliferation And Coordinated Regional Economic Development

Since the 20th century, the Building Theory has become popular around the world . As a whole system,a country's national economy's fundamental development objectives are to achieve the sustainable development of the economy.From "space" point of view, the national economy system is made from the "regional economy" parts. The development of national economy system is always in the regional economic division of labour, complementary, interactive process of the development.Therefore, the "regional economy" is the key to coordination of the entire national economy sustainable development. This decision, the core of all the regional economy, is to narrow the gap between the regional economy so as to achieve "moderate", in order to achieve coordinated development of regional economy. So, how to narrow the economic gap between the regions?For regional economic disparities and coordinated regional economic development issues, this paper put forward the concept of proliferation from a new perspective——the use of the theory of external development .The theory of external development is a hot topic in economics . It is not only an important area of New Institutional Economics but the focus of the study. External problems caused not only the economic theory of innovation, but also in environmental protection and many other practical activities in the broad applications.The article specifically address the regional economic development, meaning that the coordinated regional economic development,closely linked and interdependent, related interaction, in order to achieve the sustainable economic development. This paper not only put forward to the basis of the development of the concept of proliferation in the use of external theory, the spread of the connotation of development, and in-depth development of a proliferation of conditions, the effect of the proliferation and development of the stage characteristics. Then, from the theoretical level of development spread of coordinated regional economic development, this paper noted that the development of negative externalities coordinated regional economic development is an indispensable part of the stage. From the empirical point of view ,using public resources as an example to prove the above facts, this paper aims to draw on regional economic development. Finally, summed up the full text of the main conclusions and observations, and point the innovation and inadequate.
