Land-use Change And Benifital Analysis In Urban And Rural Ecotone Of Changchun City

During urban and rural development,the land-use change in urban and rural ecotone is the most sensitive and active. Compared with the urban and rural, urban and rural areas staggered with the most complex land-use conflicts, sharp and focused. Application of GIS and RS technology, combined with 1996-2006 land-use information, remote sensing image data interpretation, the study area is divided into five major types of land-use category plaque: construction land, cultivated land, forest land, unused land and waters. Tacha and social use of the field survey methods to collect the study area in the 1996-2006 economic, social and ecological data, GIS technology as a platform to obtain 2004,2006 two types of land-use plans, and do more in-depth analysis about these two various types of land-use spacial changes in the overall changes.Select the relevant economic, social and eco-efficiency indicators, the 2004-2006 land use change in the benefits associated analysis and comparison, the results showed that: build plaque increases every year, decreasing arable land, forests, waters and not to use a wavy change.
