Study On Project Risk Management In EPC Pattern

Project risk management received in the theorists and the project practice value more and more in recent years. The engineering project will definitely meet each kind of risk in total life cycle's construction process the disturbance, will thus follow has each kind of uncertainty loss, therefore the system will study each kind of engineering project the risk management to have in the theory and the practice application value. The paper takes architectural engineering primary contractor pattern (EPC) as the background has conducted the risk management system research and the case analysis.The paper has first discussed the EPC pattern risk management necessity and the management flow, proposed risk factor's recognition methods, have established under the EPC pattern risk factor set, has constructed the risk assessment model, has utilized the analytic hierarchy process and the grey system theory has carried on the judgment to the risk factor, according to the above the risk type which faces frequently to the EPC project in proposed the corresponding risk project management and the risk control countermeasure.This article has carried on the indicator system establishment under the project background to the risk analysis and the appraisal, has used the analytic hierarchy and the pessimistic cluster method model building separately carries on the mathematical analysis, had pointed out in the risk control how to carry on contract management in the EPC project to dodge the risk as well as the project guarantee system under the EPC pattern application suggestion.
