In our country, many scenic areas all have glorious historical and rich cultural art resources. Along with these resources developing, they fused gradually with respective space and finally formed a complete and unique overall space frame.Through the primary analysis, we have found that the basic difference character between China traditional culture with western traditional culture in scenic area is the relationship between people with nature. And the unique overall space frame is the difference character between China traditional and historical scenic areas with national parks (including national historical park and national natural park) in western nations. This thesis also studies forming process of traditional and historical scenic area in our country's and analysis theirs overall space artistic construction., Summed up the "Wuyue" as the representative of Chinese traditional historical scenic areas of cultural identity and overall space frame and the relationship between the two. Going a step further, we thoroughly analyses overall space frame of Mt. Hua scenic area and define the cultural characteristics and overall framework of Mt. Hua. On this basis, and studied modern history of China's people's values and its demand for outbound tours of the change, a clear theories and methods of how to inherit the cultural heritage.Finally, we study the first two editions of Mt. Hua master plan, especially the " Mt. Hua scenic area master plan (2004-2020)". Planning for a number of shortcomings and problems, on basis of inheriting culture and art's Idiosyncrasy and Overall Space frame of Mt. Hua, we proposed the corresponding solutions, including the Mt. Hua scenic area domain defined, scenic area division and Tour lines Organization and other content.
