On Important Position Of Tea Industry For Social And Economic Construction In Shangnan County

Tea industry is one of the leading industries in Shangnan County, Shaanxi province, which accounts for a large proportion of the county economy. Taking Shangnan county as an example, the paper focuses on the important position of Shangnan tea industry, the development of state and problem, systematic study on the issue and the targeted measures of the development in the way of the field investigation, visiting the tea farmers, accessing to literature, the expert's advice, etc., a large number of data collection and research data, and fully drawing on the results of previous studies, the integrated use of literature research, investigation and study law, and comparative analysis, and other research methods, the combination of science, policy, economy, reforestation, forest ecosystems, such as the basic knowledge of different disciplines.Firstly, the important position of Shangnan tea industry in the economic society development. At present, there are 5733hm2 of the tea plantation area producing over 50 million kilograms of tea, which has become the top industry and competitive industry in Shangnan. Shangnan has been developed into the emerging tea area of the most northern tip in China's western regions, named"China tea town". Meanwhile, on the basis of tea industry, the collective leisure, vocation, experience, tea sampling etc., tea garden tourism and tea food making are being actively developed, which extends the industry chain to promote the development of the relevant industries.Secondly, the development concept and ideas of Shangnan tea industry. There are some problems about Shangnan tea industry, such as small tea plantation area, extensive management, single product band, lower level of industrialization. In the light of the problems, through the deep investigation, the measures should be taken to accelerate the development of tea industry. The first is that the development plan should be seriously made to expand the scale of tea bases. The second is that the new and excellent variety should be introduced to upgrade tea. The third is that much more efforts should be made to publicize Shangnan tea to expand sale market. The forth is that the"company + base + technology + farmers", the industrialization of business model should be adopted to promote tea industry bigger and stronger.The results show that the development of tea industry will certainly speed up the development of the county economy and promote the farmer income. If the policies, resources and measures are made fully utilization, it will be practicable and must be achieved to make tea industry bigger and stronger in short time. The purpose of the study is to provide theoretical basis for decision to make tea industry bigger and stronger.
