Comparative Study On The Capacity Of Technological Innovation Of Beijing And Shanghai

Electronic and telecom industry has become one of the most important industries for China's national economy,but most of these enterprises in China engage in assemble production,and core technological innovation capacity is weak. Beijing and Shanghai account for a large share not only in input aspect but also output in this industry. Comparative Study of technological innovation capability of electronic and telecom industry among different areas,in particular through comprehensive consideration of social and regional environmental impact,the current research is very scarce. Therefore, the analysis of capacity of technological innovation in this industry bewteen Beijing and Shanghai is very important.This paper is based on the "Comparative Study of innovation capability between China and the United States"with Stanford University,the capacity of technological innovation between Beijing and Shanghai and deep analysis is processed with data platform.More than 10 major dimensions of input and output indicators are used to measure the capacity of technological innovation.This paper is based upon various fundamental theories, research methodology includes qualitative and quantitative analysis, theoretical and empirical analysis.at the last,proposals bewteen these two areas are given. Research of common and different facts in capability of technological innovation has important social meaning and must have some useful attempt.
