Research On Distribution Time Reliability

With the rapid development of distribution in China, more and more enterprises are paying more attention to distribution service level. Most distribution enterprises overweigh to improve distribution efficiency and service ability, to decrease distribution cost. However, existing distribution indices can't satisfy customers'demands before fierce competition market. The reliability of distribution time has becomes the most index for customers in choosing distribution enterprises and also one of the development trends of distribution enterprises constructing their key competitiveness.For distribution service's randomness and complexity, the mission time of its each stage has big fluctuation. This dissertation based on summarizing research results of reliability analysis domestic and abroad, analyzing development problems in the distribution service, discusses reliability system info establishment on distribution service, defines some reliability indexes using reliability indexes of distribution service, provides some index calculation methods and comparatively analyzes them.As the complexity of distribution service process, this paper sets up time reliability models for the two stages. The first model uses the engineering model; the second model considers the LOS. Practical example analysis is given. Economic analysis about distribution service time's reliability is proposed at the end of this paper. Reliability cost's influence on different interest groups is also discussed at this part.
