In the recent years, the information technology rapidly develops and the process of informationization and modernization constantly deepens. ERP system, as an advanced management instrument, is becoming an importance means to improve a company' management and core competition.To the realities that it is difficult and low-success for the appliance of ERP project to domestic companies, this paper makes deepened discussion for the appliance of ERP Project in Yahua Company by taking ERP Project Management and Flow-rebuilt Theory as guiding principle, confronting the practical application and adopting the methods that demonstration discussion first and theory discuss second. The first part of this paper makes an introduction of both challenges and opportunities Yahua faces in the new market situation, then promotes an effective ways for Yahua to carry out its strategic goal "benefits from management", that is building an ERP information management system bearing advanced management ideology. Next, this part makes a simple introduction on ERP development process, BPR and modern project management and other related management theories. The second part of this paper stresses on the anatomy on the realities of Yahua's ERP information management in every aspect, and then points out the realistic significances for the appliance of ERP Project in Yahua Company. The third part goes on to illustrates its goals of different stages in the implement of ERP Project, its requirement analysis and how to choose the type of ERP software. The forth part of this paper starts from the aspect that theory combining with practice, and does analysis discussion though the appliance of ERP Project in domestic syndicated manufactory enterprises, and focuses on YAhua's ERP Project to promote the implement principle, which is "an overall plan, a step-to-step implement, the key breakthroughs, the rolling investment, gradually take effect". Then it put forwards the implementation methods and overall planning of Yahua's ERP Project, and does a detailed analysis for the key points in implement process and proposes solutions. Finally, in order to guarantee its success, this paper promotes some advices for the BPR of Yahua Company and the project's quality control.During the writing of this paper, for seeking the combination of theory and practice, I process with the management requires and EPR of Yahua Company, and put forward a reasonable ERP Project Planning by combining the theories of modern project management and BPR with the realities of Yahua Company. I hope this paper can give a deepened acquaintance for the implement of ERP Project in syndicated enterprises, and provide a wholesome reference for other domestic syndicated enterprises.
