The paper refers to the present situation of Six Sigma in China based on the relevant theory, it deeply studies the application of Six Sigma in enterprises through the example of Jiuding Group, it has strong practical values.This paper summarizes the developments in China and abroad of Six Sigma research and development trends by analyzing the relevant literature both in China and abroad; Assesses the basis management situation of Jiuding Group from the three aspects: the company's profile, business strategy and quality management ,then extracts the needs of the company to promote Six Sigma; In the main part of the article designs a complete, feasible Six Sigma management program which guided by the Six Sigma management theory and the actual of Jiuding Group situation as the starting point. This program describes the Six Sigma management construction design, model design, tool design, training program design as well as building the cultural in details. In order to ensure the implementation of Six Sigma management project making an plan on how to carry out the implementation of Six Sigma management, including the program selection, the implementation phase, the project appraisal and evaluation and the aggregate planning of implementation; Finally, Proposes the corresponding protection measures and proposals to promote the Six Sigma management of the company such as human resources system, organizational structure, business culture and so on.This paper studies the application of Six Sigma management program is based on the comprehensive understanding of Six Sigma management theory and the in-depth understanding of the feed industry by the platform as Jiuding Group, Its research results can be directly applied in the management of feed enterprises, but also with high reference value on the quality management in other related industries or process optimization .Therefore, the paper has strong practical values and the application of theoretical reference value.
