"Animation"means unlimited business opportunities to the countries in the word. However ,the Chinese animation industry which was so splendid for a time is developing slowly under the threatening situation of international community. It is a urgent and important issue that how does the Chinese animation industry share the market in the competition of international animation industry.The international competition of Chinese animation industry started under such a background and foundation: On the one hand, government provided policy supports for the development of animation industry. Chinese animation industry gradually prosper and has become a rising industry with splendid prospect. On the other hand, U.S. and Japanese animation is the mainstream in chinese animation market. These two countries'enterprises and the animation studios has become a very mature industry chain and market operating mode, and it became a huge threat to our domestic animation market position. See from a macro point of view, the Chinese animation industry developed based on certain political, economic, social and technological environment. This macro-environment has created favorable conditions for the development of animation industry,but also made some constraints in many aspects. See from the macro point of view, the Chinese animation industry has some competitive advantages and competitive opportunities, but also faces many problems and threats. Chinese animation industry has its own advantages such as the market advantages, cultural advantages, cost advantages, technical and environmental advantages as well as the advantages of an up and coming industry. The disadvantages of the Chinese animation industry is the lack good business operating environment, the lack of animation products with international competitiveness , the lack of the animation business with international competitiveness , the lack of marketing network which san suit the international competition and the lack of professionals with awareness of international competition. Certainly that the governments'support and market prospects creat opportunities for the development of Chinese animation industry.Chinese animation industry must adopt strategies to enhance international competitiveness of animation works and animation enterprises,as to withstand the cultural invasion of giant international animation enterprises. The goal of international competition strategies of Chinese animation industry is that we can establish a system of international competition strategic of Chinese animation industry which can effectively protect and rationally develop the cultural resources, build a global brand of animation,train international animation talents, build a global marketing network and establish a an international strategic alliance. To achieve this strategic goal, Chinese animation industry can take competitive strategy of international brands, international talent strategy, international marketing strategy and international strategic alliances. Implementation 0f the international competition strategies is important methods and tools for the management of implementation of international competition strategies. The prerequisite for the implementation of the strategy is a scientific strategic plan. The implementation of international competition strategies of Chinese animation industry has four steps which is launching, planning, implementation and control. The implementation of international competition strategies of Chinese animation industry should follow the properly rational,unifying and contingency principles.
