The Research On Financial Structure Adjustment And Industrial Structure Upgrading In The Central Region

Finance is the core of modern economy. The development of finance constitutes the main aspect of modern market economy. On the condition that we have entered WTO, the finance industry needs overall open-up and faces both opportunities and challenges. Therefore, to find out the correlation mechanism between the adjustment of financial structure and the updating of industrial structure are not only a pressing need to establish scientific reasonable finance development strategy, but also the key to promote the adjustment and updating of industrial structure and realize the sustainable development of economy.Analyzing from the effect the financial structure have on the adjustment of economy structure, the dissertation studied the relationship between the adjustment of financial structure and updating of industrial structure in the middle part of our country.Firstly, the dissertation summarized the theory of regional financial structure and industrial structure, reviewed the related theory at home and abroad, i.e. Patrick's economy finance development theory, Goldsmith's finance development theory and the theory of the relationship between finance development and economy growth in the 90's and then theoretically examined the function mechanism of the adjustment of regional financial structure and updating of industrial structure.Secondly, the dissertation made a comparative analysis between the regional financial structure and industrial structure in middle part. It analyzed the present situation of financial structure in middle part in the aspects of finance resources amount, financial pattern of ownership and financial organization structure, made a comparative analysis on the industrial structure in middle part from vertical and horizontal point and made a conclusion that the financial and industrial structure are not reasonable in middle part and thus it is necessary to adjust the financial structure to promote the updating of industrial structure.Thirdly, the dissertation made an empirical analysis on the relationship between the adjustment of financial structure and updating of regional industrial structure in the middle part. Based on the Co-integration Analysis and Granger Casulty Test, using ratio of industrial structure(CYJG) as independent variable and ratio of finance correlation(JRXG) as dependent variable, the dissertation studied the relationship between the reginoal financial structure and industrial structure of 6 middle provinces in middle part and made a conclusion that there is a long-term stable balanced relationship between the structure of financéand industry in middle part and the optimization of financial structure will effectively promote the updating of industrial structure. Meanwhile, the dissertation took Henan province for example to further demonstrate the relationship between the structure of regional finance and industry in middle part.Finally, the dissertation made some suggestions on the optimization of financial structure to promote the updating of industrial structure. Firstly, improve the finance organization system to promote the updating of industrial structure. Secondly, cultivate market and establish regional finance center to promote the updating of industrial structure. Last but not least, reinforce the supervision in and outside the region and improve the investment risk management system to promote the updating of industrial structure in central part.
