Nowadays,the development of the central region is facing both good opportunities and major challenges.The central government timely put forward the strategy of the rise of the central region again,which is a long-term planning and deployment based on the development status of the central region and the coordinated development of the region.It is an important part of building a harmonious society.The strategy of the rise of the central region has brought new opportunities to the economic development of the central region.Over the past few years,the central region has made remarkable achievements in the rising pace by making use of its unique resources and location advantages.However,the pattern of "central collapse" has not been thoroughly changed,and the development of the central region still has a long way to go.At present,the construction of the 13 th Five-Year Plan and the plan for the rise of the central region are in full swing.The development of the central region is a process.We must constantly sum up our experience and make up for more shortcomings.To upgrade the industrial structure as far as possible.Strive for the leap-forward development of the central region's economy,adapt to the strategic deployment of the country's "rise of the central region",and realize the shaping of the national regional economic pattern and the coordinated development of the regional economy.The unique role of the central region in the national economy determines the unique laws and models of the industrial development of the central region.Based on the statistical data of the twelve five-year plans already implemented in the six provinces of the central region,this paper describes the industrial evolution law of the central region in an all-round way,expecting to put forward the current situation in line with China's national conditions.The industrial policy suggestions of the ministries and regions should be made to promote the coordinated development of the regions.On the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign literatures,this paper firstly expounds the relevant concepts of industrial structure,including industrial structure and regional industrial structure,classification of industrial structure,evolution and optimization of industrial structure.On this basis,it summarizes the relationship between industrial structure and regional economic development,industrial structure and industrial policy,and clarifies the phase of industrial structure.Concerning the level of theory.To build a theoretical basis for the later study of industrial structure.Secondly,from the four aspects of safeguarding national security,promoting social stability,promoting sustainable economic development and realizing a well-off society in an all-round way,this paper discusses the strategic position of the central region in the country,the importance of industrial development in the central region,and emphasizes that the rise of the central region is the need of the country and the times.In addition,the relationship between industrial structure evolution and economic development is discussed.It is concluded that industrial structure and economic growth are closely related.The optimization of industrial structure can promote economic growth,and economic growth can promote the optimization,evolution and upgrading of industrial structure.Then,it reviews the evolution and status quo of industrial structure in the central region,and analyses the evolution and status quo of industrial structure in the central region in three sections: the analysis of industrial structure in each five-year planning period of the central region,the evolution of leading industries in the central region,and the national industrial policy for the central region.Emphasis is laid on the description and analysis of the current situation facing the central region.Meanwhile,the deviation-share analysis method is extended in time and space,and the time and space expansion model is deduced.The time expansion model is used to explore the characteristics and rules of the industrial structure evolution of each Five-Year Plan period in the central region,and the spatial expansion model is used to study the interaction between the adjacent provinces in the central region..Finally,according to the logical sequence of overall industrial policy,industrial choice,industrial layout and industrial adjustment,the industrial structure optimization and adjustment policies are given.It will provide valuable policy suggestions for the industrial development planning and even the whole economic development of the central region in the future.
