However, the enterprise technological innovation is the sharp weapon that the enterprise could compete and win in the market. Moreover, this sharp weapon could preserve forever sharply and be ever-victorious, only when it implant deeply in the enterprise competition strategy, with fully dependent and matching.Based on the existing research of the enterprise competition strategy and the enterprise technological innovation, with summarizing and analyzing, this article found that the expert and scholar focus little on the relationship between them and this article thought this relation is extremely important. Under such background, the article built the enterprise development model, then, did some thorough research mainly aimed at the function that the enterprise competition strategy plays in the enterprise technological innovation process and the way that the enterprise competition strategy has conducted the function.The enterprise competition strategy contains the low cost leading strategy, the variation strategy and the goal accumulation strategy. And so the enterprise competition strategy precisely carries influence on to the technological innovation through these three different strategies. Compared with the technological resource or the economical resources, this article believed the enterprise competition strategy's function to the enterprise technological innovation process is much more important. According to this article, enterprise competition strategy influence enterprise technological innovation in many aspects: (1) Instruct innovation direction, holding the accuracy and feasibility of the innovation. (2) Unify the technological innovation goal and the business goal. (3) Different enterprise strategy leads different technological innovation type. (4) Stimulate the enthusiasm of staff who participates in the innovation and increase enterprise cohesive force. Simultaneously, the function has the overall importance, long-term, resisting and the venture characteristics. This article gave the conclusion that in different enterprise competition strategy should take different technological innovation method: low cost leading strategy with imitation innovation, the variation strategy with independent innovation, the goal accumulation strategy with imitation or independent innovation method according to the strategy taken. And in a dynamic competition environment, the maintenance of taking action in advance is more important, because taking advance is the guarantee in gaining the high quota profit, the market share as well as the competitive advantage.
