Study On Rural Chain-operation Of Hebei Province

Building rural modern circulating net is an important part of constructing the new socialistic country. At the beginning of 2005, the Commercial Department of China implemented "ten thousand villages and thousand townships" marketing project which intended to build rural modern circulating net by the means of chain-operation. The chain-operation has been matured in cities, however, the rural market is different from the urban market, and the difference determines that we can not copy the urban mode simply during developing the rural chain-operation, but develop according to the rural actual conditions. This thesis takes the rural chain-operation of Hebei Province as a research object, adopts the method which combines the theories analysis with demonstration analysis, probes into the problems, advantages, restricting factors systematically, and learns from the advanced experience how to develop rural chain-operation domestic and abroad, then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to accelerate its healthy development.The thesis is divided into seven parts. The first part is the introduction, analyzing the background and the significance of this thesis, interviewing the development about its research, and expatiating its framework and methods. The second part is the chain-operation s mode, qualifications and history, defining the concept of chain-operation firstly, then demonstrating its basic mode, suitable areas, necessary conditions and history briefly. The third part contains two parts, at first introduces the developing condition of Hebei Province s rural chain- operation summarily, and then brings forward its problems through analyzing the materials. The fourth part, using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, analyses Hebei Province's advantages and restricting during the process of developing rural chain-operation systematically, firstly defines the advantages on developing rural chain-operation which Hebei Province has been possessed, then generalizes the restricting factors: the principal part of consumption--farmers, the principal part of operation--enterprises and the environment. The fifth part is the typical case, analysizes the measures of Haorizi Trade Stock LTD. on developing the rural chain-operation systematically, then generalizes the helpful experience. The sixth part puts forward some countermeasures to develop the rural chain-operation on the basis of the former analysises. The last part is this thesis s conclusion, summarizing tits predominant research outcome, and pointing out what we should do henceforth.
