Based on the cost allocation of thermoeconomics at present, leading in the concept of energy quality coefficient, we can deduce the new supplementary equation by associating energy quality with exergy cost. A specific example is given to analysis the effect on integrated level of thermoeconomics cost and the reason of the varying cost, and it carried on the proper integration and reducing calculation. In addition, taking the normal heat recovery steam generator for example, it calculated roughly the expenses of non-energy cost in the paper and got the results of thermoeconomics cost. Based on the results above, exergy economic coefficient is used to analyze account for two factors, technology and economy. Considering the non-energy cost extended is varying by the changes of factors of exergy unit price carried in outside, the paper checked out the effect on every exergy flow by acuity analysis so as to the effect on power cost much more.
