Circulation of Chinese agricultural products is not only a critical problem that the Chinese government is focusing on, but also a problem that the whole society pays high attention to. At the same time, it is an important problem many experts both domestic and abroad have always been researching on with great concentration. With the establishment and the development of China's socialism market economy system, it is being realized that the circulation of agricultural products is of great significance on protection of the farmers' interest and insurance of agricutural products'security. According to the international experience and the situation of our country, on one hand, we should make use of the maket mechanism to adjust the relationship between supply and demand of agricultural products; on the other hand, we should take advantage of circulation policy to control the circulation of agricultural products both domestic and abroad, which will protect the profits of farmers as well as the agriculture itself.In market economy countries, the circulation policy of agricultural products has become the core part of the whole agricultural policy. At present, there exist many problems to be settled urgently in the field of agricultural products circulation for historical reasons and the non-completeness of the current policy. For example: The mechanism of agricultural products price is not rational. The agricultural products credit support policy is not perfect. The cooperation relation between the agricultural products surplus regions and the agricultural products shortage regions is not durable and stable. The management mechanism of the government agricultural products reserves is inefficient. And the reform of the state-owned agricultural products enterprises remains an arduous task. If these problems could not be solved in time, the deepening reform of agricultural products circulation system would be obstructed.This thesis, on the basis of China's real situation, makes a systematical study into the circulation policy of agricultural products in the clue of problem-analysis-solution. It presents clearly study progress of scholars at home and abroad; recollects the evolution of the circulation policy of agricultural products of both China and America, discloses the problems existing in our price support policy, provides corresponding counter measures through research of the comparison of China's circulation policy of agricultural products and that of America ; and the end of the thesis prospect the future of China's circulation policy of agricultural products, try to design a fresh system of agricultural products'circulation policy according to our country's situation.
