As the changing from Industry Economics to Knowledge Economics, a more dynamic organization structure is required to meet this environment changing. High ability on flexibility, compatibility and trouble-solving of team setting make more and more enterprise choose to build up team setting to adjust to outside changing so to realize organization's strategies.In order to solving management problem existing in company, help more staff to setup common sense to company, and intimate their high working spirits, an effective and efficient team performance appraisal system seems quite necessary and important. In fact, old appraisal system on team member lower the team's working achievement and also obstacle the continuously growing of company.Considering this fact and conflicts, writer hope to combine balance scorecard, KPI method and 360°all around system to make a full judge of team member's achievement. And integrated with membership appraisal, team appraisal and organization appraisal. These three levels include each other and effect each other.Finally, based on writer's working company practical case, analyze the implementation, problem and solution during the team appraisal. First to create team performance system, then divide the whole system to each member, then try to implement to reach company's final goal...
