the market-oriented economy, the trade association plays an important role in the healthy development and self-government of the ilk-industry. China's trade associations appear only after the implementation of the market-oriented economy, so the model developement are still immature, and currently facing predicament in patterin choices. The choices are various but it is difficult for a efficacious and successful one. Consequently it becomes a hot point of our study recent years about the road and pattern trade associations should take in order to exert the largest efficiency.The current researches have already made significant progresses, both theoretical explorations and case presentations. But most of them are confined to the presentation and comparision of their building patterns. The presentation of the western experiences are superficial and can't combined to the local community. And it is also lack of in-depth thinking about our currently patterns. So, it has no way to escape the bottleneck in the development way of our trade associations. Also, wecan't only talk about developing patterns without roads, because each pattern choice is made in the development of the road.There are many effective pattern choices, the balanced one, the contending one, pertaining one,and so on. By comparing the development of domestic and foreign trade associations, I believe both contending pattern and pertaining pattern are not suitable for the development reality of our trade associations.The balanced pattern is different from the contending ones, the fomer's fundamental standpoint is the reunification between the government and trade association, but not the contradiction. It also has essential difference from the pertaining pattern, because it not only stressed the cooperative relations between the government and trade associations, but also emphasized the tensility and different functions between them. In this sense, the cooperation is cooperation between equal entities, and the trade associations don't appear as assistant of the government.Therefore, by comparing the different paths and patterns between East and West, on the basis of the previous studies, combining to our human culture, I bring the balanced patterns forward for China's trade associations development, in order to distinguish the contending pattern and pertaining pattern in the West. The successful sign and result of pattern choice is forming a mature system and breaking through the shackles of the existing system. So the pattern choice is also a process of a system variance. In summary, as a whole,we can see two trains of thoughts in this reseach. One is the culture comparation between East and West, with this, we can see the different human culture and development patterns. The other one is the theoretical knowledge about the system patterns variance in system-economics and system-sociology, and it can give theoretical guidance and construction for our trade associations development. It can spell us the significance of concealed system innovation. The aim of concealed system innovation is to reduce the resistance and concussion in system innovation and to take full advantage of resources from the govenment and the trade associations in order to provide services for corporations of the same calling.This research take the Internet Association of Jilin city as an example, so as to has a deep and concrete research about the imprisons and difficulties in our current system. By analysing the example association, useing its deveoping experience and train of thoughts for reference, I put forward the reasonable pattern in order to accelerate the development of trade associations and employ them for better services to a variety of industries.
