Study On Design Methods Of The Work Flow In Distribution Center Of Chain Store Of Home Appliance

With the development of the global economy, scientific and technological progress and deepening of the information revolution, the world economy has entered an unprecedented era of the new global market-orientation. In this large world economic cycle, logistics is the main artery of the world economy, further promotes the development of the world economy and trade and plays an important role in the national economy and social development. Modern logistics which is a advanced organization and management techniques is extensively considered as the important profit source but reducing material consume and improving labor productivity in the enterprise.The distribution center is the hub in the logistics distribution network and an important equipments of the countermeasure of supply chain management in the circulation industry. The experience of many years logistics industry in the economically developed countries proved that there is some labor and material in the logistics distribution and the used time is a large proportion in the distribution. So we must effectively improve present progress and the operational efficiency in the distribution centers for the constant improvement of its management.This thesis choices the design and optimization of the progress of the distribution center of chain store of home appliance as research, uses Module Design Method and take the distribution center of some chain store of home appliance in Jilin City for an example and proceed design and optimization of the progress.The thesis is divided into six chapters, and the main content of each chapter as follow:Chapter One Introduction. This chapter mainly expounds the background topics of the thesis and the important significance of the research, and briefly introduces the content and the method of the research.Chapter Two The present condition and analysis of the distribution center of chain store of home appliance. This chapter introduces the concept, function and variety of the distribution center and the distribution system between the distribution center and the Chain Store or different form chain enterprises, and analyses the present condition and trend of the distribution of the national Chain Store of Home Appliance Sales.Chapter Three The related theories of the design of work flow of distribution center. This chapter expounds the rules and the goal of the design of work flow of distribution center and the related theories of the research in the thesis.Chapter Four The basic method of the design of work flow of distribution center. This chapter systematically introduces some basic method in the design of work flow of distribution center and extensively expounds the used theories on Module Design in this thesis.Chapter Five The research in the present example. This chapter introduces the survey of the distribution center of a chain enterprise of home appliance in Jilin City, designs and analyses its work flow with Module Design Method. Chapter Six Summary and outlook. This chapter summarized the work of the thesis and points out some problems to need further study.The main research work and results in the thesis are as follow:1.Systematicly introduce the relationship between the distribution center and the chain industries. The distribution center is the important integral part of the large chain industries and play an important role in the development and the expansion of the enterprise. This thesis in Section 2.1 introduction lists four classic form chain enterprises, illustrates their logistics systems and descript the logistics distribution system of the chain enterprise of home appliances sales.2.Analyse the present condition and the existing problems of the distribution centers of the current chain industries of the home appliance sales. The final purpose of the thesis is that we design the work flow fitted the reality conditions of the distribution centers of the chain enterprise of home appliance sale to further improve operational efficiency and manage it scientifically. It needs to firstly distinct the present condition and the existed problem of this field, and then look for the solutions, finally take the design in our view.3.Briefly introduce some usual design methods of work flow of the distribution center. This thesis briefly introduces the basic concepts and method of some listed usual design methods of work flow of the distribution center.4.Design and improve the work flow of a chain enterprise of home appliance sale in Jilin City in Module Design Method. Intensively introduce the related theories of Module Design Method, and then emphatically expounds the module content, the work content and the design rule of the designed module, finally verify the feasibility of the method by the optimization of Module Design of the example enterprise's work flow, and also supply the further optimization of the work flow of the case enterprise with the experience and the reference.
