Research On Knowledge Worker's Communication In Enterprise

In the time of Knowledge Economy era, manufacturing is still one of the dominant industries which driving economy of China and is the main carrier of science and technology innovation. The enterprises of manufacturing offer lots of work opportunities to people. But now, the extra environment for enterprises to survive and develop has changed greatly. How to adapt to highly developed intra and extra environment and how to do the work about knowledge workers who are key groups in enterprise in order to gain the understanding, acceptance and support have become the most important task which the enterprises have to face. So, the importance of the communication within the organization increases day by day. The researchers in management attach importance to how to utilize communication as an effective and systematic management tool.First, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges which manufacturing enterprises faced. Then combines the knowledge worker's character and uses correlate research conclusions at home and abroad for reference. It confirms the research orientation and clarifies the significance. That is to say, through improving enterprise inter communication to optimize enterprise management.Second, this paper describes the present situation of inner communication in manufacturing enterprise and does a further analysis of communicate manner, requirement and effect. And then discuss the reasons and the factors. Based on the limitation of the present communicate ways, it brings forward the communication model of combination of differential preferential needs in the light of characters of communicate manners and discuss the exert situation in advanced corporation for example.Last, the paper presents some resolution scheme on communicate performance improvement and summaries views of the whole paper.
