In response to the SASAC’s requirement, The Ceair group established the Ceair hotel corporation and it can manage and operate the hotel assets of all the branch. Although the hotel of the Ceair group have all numbers of hotels by widely region and geographical superior location, these hotel can be lack of professional management, and have unclear development strategy and competitive strategy, low management level and low management controlling. Also, it can not establish competitive advantage of aviation industry.Based on the basis of the researches for the property rights, management mode, size of rooms, the grade of hotel, operating conditions and geographical distribution of the Ceair group, the paper analysis the depth of the problems and difficulties with all levels of the Ceair group’s hotel industry, and the article defines the eastern hotel’s mission as follows. Through the integration of development, the group can realize the eastern hotel property value and have their rapid development. The article recognize that the location of the hotel group headquarters should become the hotel group’s "investment center"," decision center" and" strategic management control center"; The hotel management company will become the hotel group brand " center"," operations management center" and" marketing center". The professional services company will become the hotel group’s "profit center"; The hotel branch has become the hotel group’s "service center" and" cost control center". And the paper put forward to the whole strategy idea in the area of professional strategy.
