Undertaking Financial Risk Management And The Strategy Of Reject Risk

Financial risk management is the most important part of the undertaking risk management. It can indicate undertaking management risk. If we can not deal with the risk in time, the undertaking maybe in the financial crisis .So the establishment of a valid financial early-warning system is very important.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the economic circumstances of enterprise and put forward the question of financial risk management, it gives the research value and significance and there search actuality at home and abroad, then author define the enterprise financial kind in this thesis by means of introduce the meaning and character of enterprise's financial risk and systematically analyze all financial risks.Secondly, according to enterprise's positive analysis method and the statistical analysis method, author generalizes the method of identify risk and expound the model of financial early-warning Model.Finally, author verifies it in practice. Author selects some samples in quoted companies of our country and some analysis indexto establish the linear discriminant model for the quoted companies of our country. The analysis result indicates that the linear discriminant mode has the higher accuracy. At last, the thesis chooses some quoted companies as testing samples to the accuracy of the linear discriminant mode. The final research result indicates that the linear discriminant mode has the high accuracy and it can be applied to forecast the financial crisis of the enterprises of our country.
