The Study Of Relationship Between Industrial Structure And Urban Land Resources Utilization

Every country is working hard for its development. The classical economic theories and research tell us two basic factors of economic development, the first factor is economic growth, and the other factor is transition of industrial structure. At the same time, in the positive factors which influence the economic growth , natural resources and its availability is of first importance. And the reasonable utilization of land resources is most important.The relationship between urban land use and urban development is reflected by the relationship of urban land utilization and urban industrial structure. Urban industrial structure adjustment bring to change of the way and structure of urban land use. The research between urban industrial structure and land utilization can reveal influence on urban industrial structure which be brought by urban land use in different type, scale,area or period.This paper starts with basic theory, applies the theories of development economics, industrial economics and land use theories, by analysis of land use change and driving forces mechanism, uses the way of demonstration, studies the relationship between industrial structure and urban land resources utilization. The paper has four main parts together.Firstly, analying fundamental conception and theories of urban land use , industrial structure optimization and evolutionary agent of industrial structure.Secondly, analying land use change and driving forces mechanism from different aspects of market regulation, controlling of government management , main industrial policies and urbanization.Thirdly , for an example of Hebei province, analying the proceeding of evolution of industrial structure and structure of land use. Research into the relationship between industrial structureand and urban land resources utilization.The last part is epilogue. It shows the important conclusion of this research. It also proposes some advice and sums up some good inland and external experience of urban land resources utilization for Hebei province.
