Study On Accelerating Agriculture Informationization Construction In China

This study is on the problems and Countermeasures for accelerating agricultural informationization construction in China. When Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party put forward the concept of constructing new socialist countryside, the agricultural informationization became an effective method of bringing along the rural industrialization, carrying forward the agricultural industrialization and speeding up the rural urbanization. Therefore, the success of agricultural informationization construction plays an essential part in successfully applying the strategy of agriculture modernization and constructing new socialist countryside in our country, which is also the key of realizing a well-off society in an all-round way in the countryside. And it is bound to be a trend in the agriculture development of our country. However, as to the agricultural informationization, theoretically, many rules need to be discovered, and practically, many problems need to be solved. In view of that, the second chapter of the thesis defines some basic terms such as agricultural modernization, modern agriculture and agricultural informationization, and analyzes the functions and significance of agricultural informationization construction on the construction of new socialist countryside; the third chapter analyzes the current situation of agricultural informationization in our country, holds that many problems exist nowadays, such as low agricultural information developing and utilizing ability, low network effect of agriculture information, low agriculture information applying ability, and gives a detailed analysis of the reasons; the fourth chapter introduces the current situation of agricultural informationization development in some developed countries, and summarizes the developed countries' experience of agricultural informationization construction and the enlightenment to our country; the fifth chapter puts forward the guiding ideology, basic requirements and key fields of the agricultural informationization construction in China; the sixth chapter gives the strategies to accelerate the agricultural informationization construction in China from seven aspects, such as, improving people's informationization consciousness, accelerating infrastructure construction of agricultural informationization, enhancing development and utilization of agricultural information resource. The thesis concludes that the agricultural informationization construction in China should be accelerated and the new socialist countryside construction should be advanced.
