| Since 1990s, international transfer of service has gradually become a new upsurge after the international transfer of manufacturing industry. As an important mode of international service transfer, FDI in service makes large increase in the proportion of total global direct investment and plays important role in developing the international transfer of service industry and promoting the globalization of services. One of the most important issues multinational service corporations that invest directly facing is the choice of market entry mode. The market entry mode choice of FDI in service is influenced by many factors, and different market entry mode of FDI in service will have different effects on multinational service corporations and host economy. So scholars has been increasingly concerned about the market entry mode choice of FDI in service and begins to research on the framework of direct investment into the market of choice model adapted to services feature on the basis of FDI in manufacturing market entry model choice.After its entry into WTO, China has opened up most service sectors in accordance with its WTO commitments. Financial and insurance industry, telecommunications industry and the logistics industry as well as legal, computer, project management and other advisory services and many other service sectors become hot areas of FDI in an international service. Following the success of taking over the manufacturing of direct international investment, China has become an important FDI in service inflow country. Faced with a wave of international transfer of service, how to effectively attract FDI in service and guide multinational service corporations to choose direct investment modes which benefit China's economic development are the important issues Chinese government to consider. To China's service industry enterprises, they will be faced with unprecedented competition and learn and imitate multinational service corporations gradually form its own core business competitiveness of service industry. Furthermore, FDI in service industry of the Chinese market mode choice will affect the degree of technology spillover effect.Based on the latest services FDI theoretical research results for the theoretical foundation and take affecting factors of FDI in the service industry market entry mode choice as its objective, this dissertation comprehensively adopts theoretical analysis, comparative analysis, and other methods to form the general framework of entry mode choice of FDI in service market from a theoretical level and research entry mode choice of FDI in service market based on China's practical situation to realize the theory with the actual situation and lay equal stress on the theory and practice of this dissertation. |
