A Study On Development Strategies And Measures Of Modern Fruit Industry In Hebei Province

Hebei Province is an important province for fruit production in China. The fruit growing area of the province ranks the first in the whole country and the output of fruits is in the second place in China. The fruit industry occupies an important position in the local economic development of Hebei Province, which has been defined as one of the three pillar industries for agricultural and rural economic development by Hebei provincial Party committee and government. The development of Hebei provincial fruit industry is of great importance for China's fruit industry, Hebei provincial agricultural economic development and building a new countryside. Therefore, in order to guide the sustainable, fast and sound development of Hebei provincial fruit industry, it is of great realistic significance to systemically analysis various advantages and disadvantages of Hebei provincial fruit industry development, make a deep study on problems existing in the fruit industry development and put forward a series of countermeasures.Based on literature search, statistic analysis, field research and interviewing related departments, this thesis briefly analyses the development status and trend of fruit industry both at home and abroad, deeply studies the historical development law of Hebei provincial fruit industry, development of history turn into the regulation, thoroughly analyses the development status of Hebei provincial fruit industry, probes into the advantages and restricting factors of Hebei provincial modern fruit industry development and puts forward the development strategies and countermeasures of Hebei provinal modern fruit industry.Through above-mentioned studies, this thesis sums up 6 base establishment models and 5 industrialization management models of Hebei provincial fruit industry development, objectively analyses geographic position advantage, large scale resources advantage, technique advantage and policy advantages in Hebei modern fruit industry development, and find out restricting factors in production, market circulation, storage and processing, quantity safety and policy system. On the basis of deep analyses on Hebei provincial fruit and in combination with Hebei provincial special conditions, this thesis puts forward the concept, content and characteristics of Hebei provincial modern fruit industry as well as the development idea and general objective of the modern fruit industry system. The general objective is to plant improved varieties on a large-scale base according to its special conditions and realize production standardization, service socialization and management industrialization with intensive management, modern techniques and equipment and farmers'rich knowledge. Then, the thesis proposes to establish an index framework for the modern fruit industry system which comprises 8 one-level indexes and 40 two-level indexes. Finally, the thesis puts forward main strategic measures to develop Hebei provincial modern fruit industry. In particular, the production layout program of 8 kinds of principal fruits (particularly pear and apple) is put forward on the basis of the existing district layout, and some special and practical measures are also put forward in the aspects of adjusting cultivated species structure, promoting production standardization, strengthening fruit quality safety, raising science and technology level, bringing up new-style farmers, developing leading enterprises and enlarging support etc.
