The Research Of Informatization To Economic Growth

Informatization is the trend of the society development, and its effect to economic growth is important. The counties in the world adopted measures to promote the development of informatization for durative and healthy growth of economic. So the research on the relationship between imformatization and economic growth has important significance.By analyzing literature in existence this paper found that on the research of relationship between informatization and economic growth, the meaning and character of informatization needed deepening, the relationship between informatization factor and economic growth was short of analysis and the quantitative analysis was rather deficiency that the result was hard to be conviction.Based on the finding, this paper starts researching. Reviewing the meaning of information, this paper summarized and depicted the three important characters "Fast" "Expand" "Deep" of informatization. The object as the conception of nation informatization, based on the theory of economic growth, this paper analyzed the relationship between informatization factor and economic growth, and found that the informatization is the origin of economic growth. It can get a important conclusion that the economic growth is decided by informatization. This paper compared three production functions and chosen C-D production function to build a mathematics model between informatization and economic growth. Then to analyze the informatization index of the year 2000 promulgated by China, and found that existing clear imbalance development in informatization factor and districts. In order to overcome the effect of multicollinearity, this paper adopted the estimation of ridge regression to estimate the effect of imformatization to economic growth. The results show that the level of informatization contributing to economic growth is 0.10275608 and it is rather limited. According to the actuality of the informatization development in China and the result of estimation, this paper calls for three advice about promoting informatization.
