With rapid development of economy,real estate industry has become one of the pillar industries,and with the development of the economy,the commercial real estate project roses to a new stage.Shihua company of Shan xi,Early emphasis on residential and comprehensive development of the floor.It has been successful transformation into a business area怂It's status is notable,in the region of the development of commercial real estate in Xi'an.With the development of Economy,Technology and Society,the competition of industry has become fiercer; Shanxi shihua company is also facing tremendous pressure of competition.Based Ci'en town commercial real estate projects for study,based on commercial real estate projects and the marketing status of the analysis,Point the problem of marketing.On the basis of the analysis of the domestic and international commercial real estate projects and Ci'en Town commercial real estate projects,In light of the actual situation of Ci'en town commercial real estate projects,Use marketing theory and SWOT analysis,find new marketing opportunities,through market segmentation,Identification of target markets,Identify the target markets of Ci'en town commercial real estate projects.Combining the marketing mix theory 4P, Develop a marketing strategy of Ci'en town commercial real estate projects,As well as,Make appropriate recommendations about the actual implementation.Through the study of this issue,I hope I can combine theoretical knowledge with practical appropriately,I hope it can have a certain reference for marketing of Shanxi shihua company and other companies.
